Tottenham Under-21s saw two players sent off as they played out a 0-0 draw with Arsenal Under-21s in the north London derby.

A close game saw both sides miss chances. Arsenal's Nathan Butler-Oyedeji would have been frustrated not to break the deadlock in the first half after being sent through by captain Matt Smith.

The skipper went close himself, fizzing a free kick just wide of the post before half-time.

Arsenal had Hubert Graczyk to thank shortly after the break, standing tall to make a fine save after Zach Awe slipped to open up an opportunity for Spurs.

Spurs did have the ball in the back of the net after heading home a free kick, but the effort was quickly ruled out for offside.

A frantic end to the game saw both Jamie Donley and Kallum Cesay sent off for Spurs. A tough challenge flew in on Gunners winger Charles Sagoe Jr, and the resulting melee produced two red cards in injury time.
