Tempers flare over hair straighteners...again

Tempers became frayed in the Big Brother house as two of the housemates squared up over a pair of hair straighteners.

The spat happened when Charley, spoiling for a fight, challenged Laura over the mystery of her disappearing straighteners.

But despite Charley's best efforts to draw her into a row the 23-year-old nanny kept her calm as she dried her hair in the bedroom.

"I'm not even gonna discuss this with you, it's pathetic," Laura said. But Charley would not be brushed off. "Don't shout at me Laura, don't raise your voice trying to play Miss Innocent. You're the most two-faced person here," she replied.

"You're so two-faced. I know the kind of games you play. Everyone can hear you whispering. Think what you want 'cos I couldn't give a s**t. I'm done with you."

Laura then calmly told the bad-tempered 21-year-old that she was glad she didn't want any more to do with her because she argued with everyone who liked her.

"You know what, I feel sorry for the lot of you, man, I feel sorry for the lot of you. Except for the newcomers, who seem like the only genuine people who ain't chatting out of their a**es," Charley shouted.

When Laura observed that the newcomers had not had the chance to see what Charley was really like, she replied: "I'll tell you something Laura, I'd rather be at home with my boyfriend than sit here with a bunch of f*****g weirdos."

On Saturday the newest arrivals in the Big Brother house had to sing for their supper by performing the disco favourite YMCA in a bid to win a luxury shopping budget.

Billi, Brian, Jonathan and Liam were given just one hour to choreograph a routine to the classic Village People hit, which they performed in costume in front of their fellow housemates.
