Chain gang punishment for BB pair

Weighed down: Nicky and Laura can only release the chains to go to the toilet

Big Brother housemates Laura Williams and Nicky Maxwell have joined a chain gang as punishment for discussing nominations.

The pair have been chained to a large weight by their ankles until further notice.

If they want to move around the house, they must carry the weight and they are only allowed to unchain themselves to go to the toilet.

Laura faces Chanelle Hayes in an eviction night showdown tonight.

Laura is favourite to go, at 1/20, while Chanelle is 8/1 to be the fourth housemate to be evicted, according to bookies Paddy Power.

Meanwhile, last night Chanelle had a blazing row with boyfriend Ziggy Lichman about his smoking. She asked him to stop smoking and he demanded she stop nagging. But within hours the romance was back on and the couple, wearing swimwear, had a cuddle in the shower.
