White's facing daunting test

13 April 2012

Leg spinner Cameron White, 18, has the daunting task of replacing Shane Warne in the Victoria side to play New South Wales in a four-day match starting on Thursday.

While Warne is in Brisbane playing against New Zealand in the First Test, White will be hoping to repeat the fourwicket haul he achieved last season at the Sydney Cricket Ground.

Meanwhile, Lance Klusener struck his fourth test century in a startling return to form to help South Africa to a decent first-innings lead on day three of the first test against India.

Resuming 327 for three in their first innings overnight, South Africa were dismissed for 563 after tea, a lead of 184, with Klusener the ninth out for 108.
