Wenger eyes PSV midfielder Afellay

Arsenal are chasing £5million Holland midfielder Ibrahim Afellay, 21, who has helped PSV Eindhoven win the Dutch title for the past three seasons.
Manager Arsene Wenger had him watched in the 1-0 win at De Graafschap on Saturday and is considering a bid during next month's transfer window.

Meanwhile, German side Wolfsburg may make a move for Arsenal goalkeeper Jens Lehmann.
