Watts back for Orient

13 April 2012

Steve Watts returns to Leyton Orient's squad for tonight's clash at home to fellow-strugglers York.

The striker has recovered from food poisoning which forced him to miss the weekend defeat against Shrewsbury.

Defender Matt Joseph is expected to be sidelined for a month after suffering ankle ligament damage at Gay Meadow.

Carl Hutchings is expected to make his full debut following his free transfer from Southend.

The midfielder believes Orient, who are third from bottom of Division Three, have the ability to get out of trouble.

Hutchings said: "Although we are struggling for results, the mood in the squad is quite upbeat. There are a lot of good players and it's a matter of trying to turn that belief into results.

"We've got 10 games in the next five weeks so we've got to start putting a decent run together. A lot of the players are very experienced and there's a lot of potential for this club."
