Walter's hat-trick dream

13 April 2012

Walter Pandiani is out to repeat the hat-trick which sunk Paris St Germain three years ago, as he bids to help Deportivo overturn a 4-1 deficit against AC Milan in tonight's Champions League quarter-final second leg.

The striker's three goals helped Depor stage a remarkable fightback from being 3-0 down after 55 minutes to defeat the French side 4-3. "I dream about repeating that hat-trick and I know I can do it," said Pandiani.

"We have to go out there like madmen and give the last drop of our blood, while at the same time keeping calm enough to allow ourselves to build up moves.

"We have to be fast, organised and not rest for an instant."

Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti warned: "We must be careful. Deportivo are dangerous."
