Tottenham player ratings vs Everton: Same old story for Harry Kane and Spurs
A superb brace from Harry Kane was not enough as Tottenham were forced to settle for a 2-2 Premier League draw at Everton on Friday night.

Kept Spurs in the game in the first half as Everton peppered his goal and then came up with a vital save to deny King a winner.

An uncomfortable night as Richarlison and James exploited pockets of space between Spurs’ back three.

Given a stern test by Richarlison, who was constantly trying to chase him down. Just about stood up to it.

Far from convincing as he struggled to cope with the movement of Everton’s forwards in behind.

Stretched the play and a useful outlet on the right, but did not hurt Everton enough with his delivery.

More of an impact in the second half when he began driving forward more to force Everton in reverse.

Largely isolated up front in the first half. He made the runs, but Spurs’ players just couldn’t find him. Brilliant solo run after the break might have got him a goal.

Did what he does. That’s 30 goals for the season and 46 goal contributions. He is awesome. Spurs are not.
