Daniel Orton2 October 2015

The NFL makes its long-awaited return to London this weekend with three games being played at Wembley from this Sunday.

On October 4 the New York Jets will face the Miami Dolphins, followed by a clash on October 25 between the Buffalo Bills and Jacksonville Jaguars, before concluding on November 1 with the Detroit Lions vs the Kansas City Chiefs.

The NFL International Series has been taking place in London since 2007 and, following the enormous success of the last seven years coupled with the ever growing popularity of American Football in the UK (we’re just a few years away from having a London based franchise), these games are set to be bigger and better than ever before.

For die-hard fans and the uninitiated, we have gathered together some of the most interesting facts and statistics about the NFL and put them in the handy video above. Enjoy.
