Wimbledon Order of Play: Monday 10 July, Day 7 schedule: Andy Murray, Johanna Konta and Rafael Nadal in action

George Elek9 July 2017

Andy Murray and Roger Federer will both take to Centre Court on Monday with Johanna Konta, Rafael Nadal and Novak Djokovic featuring on Court No.1 for their Wimbledon 2017 fourth round ties.

Five-time Wimbledon champion Venus Williams will get things underway on Centre Court at 1.00pm, taking on Croatian prodigy Ana Knjuh, who is 18 years her junior.

World No.1 Murray is second on the main show court as he faces Frenchman Benoit Paire, who has made it to the second week at SW19 for the first time in his career. The pair have only met once before, with the Brit coming out on top in a tight encounter last year in Monte Carlo.

Federer will wrap things up after those two games, in what promises to be a tight encounter against the immensely talented Grigor Dimitrov. There is no doubt that the Bulgarian has the talent to pose a real threat to the Swiss veteran, and he looks in great form having not yet dropped a set in the tournament.

It’s a mouth-watering order of play on Court No.1, with Konta opening up against Caroline Garcia. The 26-year old is now the bookmakers’ favourite to win the Ladies Championship, and would be the first British woman to do so since Virginia Wade in 1977.

Nadal will follow Konta in his match against Gilles Miller, with Novak Djokovic last on Court No.1 when he plays Adrian Mannarino.

There are also some cracking ties elsewhere, with no.1 seed Angelique Kerber up against 2015 semi-finalist Garbine Muguruza on Court No.2 at 11.30am.

Third on that court will see last year’s finalist Milis Raonic up against one of the most exciting talents in tennis in Alexander Zverev.

With the big four in the Men’s event players all featuring, it promises to be a breathless day of tennis which will set the tone for the rest of the week.

You can follow all of the action on Standard Sport, with Alex Young and Dan Kilpatrick, plus LIVE video updates from SW19.
