The only apparent imponderable, apart from who made Liz Hurley pregnant, is what collective mood Chelsea will be in when they meet Sunderland tomorrow. It was typical of the Blues to persuade their supporters yet again that they had turned the corner with wins over Leeds and Manchester United, only to walk straight into a lamppost from Charlton. It is to hoped that Wednesday night's defeat was a momentary aberration, but I wouldn't put too many Euros on it.
