Dominic King gets some help from running greats

Dominic King hopes advice from Mo Farah and Paula Radcliffe will help him during the 50km walk.

The 29-year-old, who competes in the 50km walk on August 11, was part of a recent British training camp in the Pyrenees.

“It was the first time I’ve experienced altitude training,” he said. “It was really good to learn from those guys about nutrition, psychology and just the general ethos of a professional athlete.”
