Sluman is in seventh heaven

American Jeff Sluman fired a sevenunderpar 65 to take the first round lead at the Memorial tournament in Dublin, Ohio.
Sluman, who needed a sponsor's exemption to gain entry into the tournament, held a one-stroke advantage over South African Rory Sabbatini.
Tiger Woods, back in action after a threeweek break, opened with a 69 and 65-year-old Jack Nicklaus, playing at the event he hosts on the course he designed, went round in 75, two better than world No2 Vijay Singh.
