Saints defeat Hull to claim treble

St Helens secured a fifth engage Super League title with a dominant second-half display in Saturday night's 26-4 Grand Final victory at Old Trafford.

Saints had edged Hull just 10-4 after a tight first half but tries from Willie Talau, Ade Gardner and Keiron Cunningham sealed victory after the break.

Leon Pryce had crucially put Saints ahead late in the first half with Francis Meli claiming their other try.
