Sacked Chelsea coach ten Cate enters the race for Ewood Park hotseat

Sacked Chelsea coach Henk ten Cate wants to become the next boss of Blackburn.

The 53-year-old is in talks with Panathinaikos but is holding off a decision until he gets an answer from Rovers.

He faces competition from Alan Shearer, MK Dons' Paul Ince, Zenit St Petersburg's
Dick Advocaat and Preston's Alan Irvine.
