Warrington returned to winning ways and the top of the Engage Super League table with a thumping 46-16 win over Hull KR at Craven Park.

The visitors set up their victory in a devastating 10-minute period during the first half, when they ran in four tries, to ensure they immediately bounced back from their surprise home reverse against Salford last weekend.

Warrington scored nine tries in all, with Matt King crossing for a hat-trick, while the Robins did not even get on the scoreboard until Blake Green touched down with 51 minutes played.

In Sunday's other game, Hull strengthened their bid to qualify for the play-offs and put a major dent in Bradford's top-eight ambitions with a hard-fought 28-14 win at Odsal.

The Black and Whites ran in tries from Richard Horne, Sam Moa and Joe Westerman to establish a 16-0 lead after 24 minutes.

Bradford fashioned a spirited rally to hit back with two tries in quick succession from Shad Royston shortly before half-time, but Hull added further scores through Kirk Yeaman and Craig Fitzgibbon after the break to move three points clear of Mick Potter's side.
