England boss Eddie Jones and his staff have been coaching sessions at Championship club Ealing Trailfinders this week to keep their eye in ahead of the autumn internationals.

Jones and his coaches have not ran an England session since March due to the Covid-19 pandemic and he wants them fresh for when international rugby returns in October.

As a result, on Monday and Tuesday, Jones and his team took sessions at Championships side Ealing and he would like to do more of the same going forward alongside his assistants John Mitchell, Matt Proudfoot and Simon Amor.

“You’ve got to coach,” he said. “We need to improve our level of coaching and we need to get better so Ealing is an opportunity to do that.

“We’re a very young group so we need to coach together. We need to improve our level of coaching and we need to get better.”

Eddie Jones is an Umbro ambassador. Umbro will be launching its new England Rugby kit on the 7th September. For more information visit: www.umbro.co.uk/rugby
