Rebel rouser: Danny Cipriani faces a tough baptism

Danny Cipriani faces a tough baptism with Melbourne Rebels after they lined up trial games against Fiji and Tonga in Australia.

The former London Wasps fly-half must prove his worth against the islanders as coach Rod Macqueen looks to finalise his team ahead of their Super 15 debut against New South Wales Waratahs on 18 February.

Tonga are up first for Macqueen's men on Satuday and he said: "Being a World Cup year, they'll be a very good standard. They need to make decisions on their World Cup representatives so it'll be an extra incentive for them."
