Dai Young’s challenge for troubled Wasps

London Wasps play Premiership leaders Harlequins tomorrow but Dai Young believes it is the perfect test for his crisis-hit club.

Rugby director Young admits it has been “a very difficult week” after a planned takeover fell through, sparking fears Wasps could enter administration.

They go to the Twickenham Stoop second from bottom but Young said: “We have to let the off‑field stuff take care of itself. I think Harlequins is the ideal game for us. We’re up against the league’s top team, so we have to go out and show what we are made of.”
