Raul tips Torres for great things

Real Madrid legend Raul believes Liverpool's £26million record signing Fernando Torres has discovered a 'new air' since joining the Merseysiders from Atletico Madrid two months ago.

The latest Kop idol has already bagged three goals, including a double in last Saturday's 6-0 demolition of Derby. And Raul is convinced life in England is making 'El Nino' a better footballer.

Raul, 30, once linked with Liverpool himself, said: "There is a different air about him now. He looks like he's enjoying the experience.

"With a good coach like Rafa Benitez, and with the help of his Spanish team-mates, the process of adapting will be easier. There is no doubt he will be a huge success in the Premier League."
