Portsmouth move for Charlton's Ilic

Leo Spall13 April 2012

Charlton goalkeeper Sasa Ilic is set to move to Portsmouth when he becomes a free agent at the end of the season.

Portsmouth manager Harry Redknapp said: "Ilic was absolutely superb when we had him on loan."

However, the First Division club's other targets at The Valley - defender Andy Todd and striker Mathias Svensson - are unlikely to be joining him.

Todd has been on the transfer list since his training ground bust-up with Dean Kiely last October and Portsmouth are interested at £500,000 but Charlton want twice that.

Former Pompey favourite Svensson recently confirmed how happy he is in London.
