Players asked to bat for Ben

Adam Hollioake is asking the country's unsponsored batsmen to take his brother's name with them to the crease.
Surrey's captain has launched the Ben Hollioake Memorial Fund in memory of the former England cricketer, who died in a car crash.
His bat now carries BHMF stickers on back and front. Surrey and Pakistan spinner Saqlain Mushtaq has already agreed to the proposal.
Cheques for the Ben Hollioake Memorial Fund should be sent to Surrey County Cricket Club at the AMP Oval, Kennington, London, SE11 5SS.
