McLaren sure they will bridge the gap

Martin Whitmarsh is sure McLaren will be far more competitive in Sunday’s Chinese Grand Prix than they have been so far this season.

Drviers Jenson Button and Sergio Perez only have two points each after races in Australia and Malaysia.

But McLaren boss Whitmarsh said: “The three-week break between rounds has been useful and we are confident of being able to implement a number of changes this weekend.”
