Liverpool-born Tony Bellew faces unknown quantity Ilunga Makabu for the vacant WBC cruiserweight title at Goodison Park on Sunday night.
The 33-year-old is adamant he will complete his life-long dream at the home of his beloved Everton football club, but Makabu is a dangerous proposition.
The Congolese fighter boasts a record of 19 wins from 20 fights - 18 by knock-out - and has dismissed any suggestion he will be overawed by the partisan crowd.
A confident Bellew has had plenty to say in the build-up to fight night but, having previously missed out on the title on two occasions, knows this weekend is likely to represent his last chance of glory.

Tony Bellew: "I just can't wait. You dream about something your whole life. From the age of 14 or 15, I wanted to be a world champion.
"My lifetime's work goes in to those 36 minutes on Sunday.
"That's what it means. Everything else in the world just stops."
Ilunga Makabu: "I have come here to win. I have not come here to play.
"This is not a movie, this is the real world, this is serious.
"Tony can have a dream about fighting in this stadium because he is a fan of the club and because he was in the movie to become world champion, but this is my time."
