Orient boss Ling is lost for words

Martin Ling admitted to being embarrassed to be Leyton Orient manager following the 3-1 home defeat by Boston.

Orient have not won in 13 games and Ling is running out of words to describe his underachievers.

He said: "Our defending was laughable. You run out of things to say. You can slaughter the players but without heart there's no point going out on to the football pitch.

"We still need a point to be mathematically safe and I can't see where it's coming from."
