New Leeds deal for Sinfield

12 April 2012

Leeds captain Kevin Sinfield has agreed a new four-year contract, which will effectively mean he remains a Rhinos player for the rest of his career.

Sinfield, 27, who has been with the Yorkshire club since he was 14 and whose current contract was due to run out at the end of next season, has committed himself to Leeds until the end of 2011.

"I am delighted to have agreed this new deal," he said. "I have said for some time that I wanted to end my career here - and to have secured my future at this club until I am 31 is a massive honour for me."
