McIlroy moves into third

Teenage rookie Rory McIlroy carded a three-under-par 69 to take a share of third place, four shots off the lead, after the second round of the MasterCard Masters in Melbourne.

McIlroy is at five under for the tournament behind leader Robert Allenby and his Australian compatriot Aaron Baddeley.

Englishman Peter Baker is in a group of five players one shot further back following a level-par 72.
