Luke Donald puts the wind up his rivals

13 April 2012

Luke Donald fired an eight-under round of 64 at Kingsbarns to go into today's final round of the Dunhill Links Championship one shot ahead of Rory McIlroy and Simon Dyson.

Donald is 15 under after having nine birdies with just one bogey- at the 15th - in a third round delayed from Saturday due to high winds.

Northern Ireland's McIlroy shot a 69 and he shares second place with Dyson, who carded a four-under 68 on the same course.

The final round for the leading players will be played over the Old Course at St Andrews.
