Ling staying upbeat

Martin Ling does not believe his position at Leyton Orient is under threat.

The club have slipped to the bottom half of the League Two table for the first time since August, but manager Ling is confident that he can revive their fortunes.

"Only two months ago I signed a two-and-a-half-year contract," the manager said. "I feel the chairman has belief in me and I certainly have belief in my ability. The club is still moving forward and we're in a better position than when I came in."

Orient will be without the injured Wayne Carlisle, Jabo Ibehre and Mark Peters for tomorrow's home game against Swansea.
