Ling has given up on hopes of promotion

Martin Ling has conceded that Leyton Orient's promotion hopes are all but over for another season.

"In reality, reaching the top seven isn't going to happen because it's nigh on impossible to win seven out of eight," Ling said. "There aren't many teams who can produce that sort of form."

Orient are still searching for their first away win since November.
