Kaye becomes local hero

Jonathan Kaye produced a final round of 67 to win the Phoenix Open by two strokes from Chris DiMarco at Scottsdale, Arizona.

Local resident Kaye finished on 266 to claim his second title. Fiji's Vijay Singh tied for third on 269 and has now finished in the top 10 for 11 consecutive US Tour events, three short of Jack Nicklaus's record.
