Jurgen's delight at draw

New Germany coach Jurgen Klinsmann said he was encouraged by his team's 1-1 draw with world champions Brazil in a friendly international in Berlin.

"I congratulated my players," said Klinsmann, who took over from Rudi Voeller after Germany's exit from Euro 2004. "Little by little, a team is growing. Brazil are the world champions, but we proved we could hold our own against them."

Ronaldinho gave Brazil a ninth-minute lead, but Germany equalised eight minutes later through Brazilian-born Kevin Kuranyi.
