Holloway is firm over his players

Ian Holloway today insisted that he will resist all offers for his Queens Park Rangers players this season.

Chief executive David Davies had suggested that departures may be inevitable unless the club attract new investors, but manager Holloway is adamant he hasn't received a single offer.

He said: "We've had no offers for any of our players. We're all working positively to move forward.

"Some people are starting rumours and it can only be jealous people who are after our players. More pity for them, they should've signed them earlier."

Holloway was "devastated" following Saturday's 2-1 defeat at Oldham. He added: "We were very good in the first half but faded and we can't afford to do that."
