Henman's in the comfort zone as he eases through

13 April 2012

French Masters defending champion Tim Henman believes a lack of pressure will allow him to go far again in the event this year.

The 30-year-old British No1 had no trouble progressing to the third round as he ousted Thailand's Paradorn Srichaphan 6-3, 6-4 in just over one hour.

He admits being assured of a place in the season-ending Masters Cup in Houston is helping his game.

"It is much better that I don't have to fight to book my qualification to the Masters," said Henman. "I was relaxed and disciplined."
