Hargreaves steps up recovery

12 April 2012

England midfielder Owen Hargreaves has stepped up his recovery from the broken leg he suffered last month.

The 25-year-old, who is expected to return to action at the end of November, was injured while playing for Bayern Munich in a Bundesliga match against Armenia Bielefeld and has now had the plaster cast removed from his leg.
