GB let it slip once again

Great Britain's hockey team failed to hang on to an early lead for the third successive Test and were made to pay as Argentina won 3-2 in Buenos Aires to claim the fivematch series with two games still to play.

In their previous two encounters Britain scored first but quickly conceded an eqauliser and eventually lost.

Dave Mathews opened the scoring in the fourth minute and Mark Pearn doubled the lead 10 minutes later.

But Argentina pulled one back just before the interval and dominated the second half.
