Fulham v Manchester United

14 April 2012

(Sunday, 1pm, Craven Cottage).
Tickets: Sold out
Fact: Man United are unbeaten in the FA Cup since losing 3-2 against Barnsley at Oakwell in February 1998. Fulham's last home win over United was achieved with a 2-1 success in September 1964
Recommended pub: The Crabtree (Rainville Road)
There is no minimising the loss of captain Chris Coleman from the Fulham side following his car accident and we wish him a speedy recovery. In the meantime, Jean Tigana is faced with filling the considerable hole left in his defence caused by Coleman's absence and the French manager is fortunate to have another experienced Welsh international, Kit Symons, to come in for Sunday's glamour tie against the best side in the land by a distance. It's difficult to predict how many changes Sir Alex will make, if any, but he may regret it if he takes these vibrant Cottagers too lightly.
VERDICT: END OF THE FULHAM CUP DREAM
