Simone Zaza will see out the season in Serie A, according to his agent.

The Italy striker has failed to score while on loan from Juventus to West Ham this term.

A move to Valencia fell through but his father and agent, Antonio, said: “He’ll come back to Serie A, some clubs have already been in touch.”

West Ham signed Zaza on loan in the summer with a clause inserted which would trigger a permanent transfer if the striker made an agreed number of appearances at London Stadium.

The 25-year-old has made five starts for the Hammers, but has not featured since November after sustaining a knee injury.
