West Ham’s final competitive match at the infamous Boleyn Ground will be against Swansea City before the club move to the Olympic Stadium for the 2016/17 season.

The Boleyn Ground has been the home of West Ham since the start of the 1904/05 campaign, with the club having played at three other stadiums prior to the move.

Named ‘The Castle’ during the inaugural campaign, West Ham’s first-ever match at the stadium saw them face bitter rivals Millwall in front of a crowd of up to 10,000 fans.

The Hammers won 3-0, and new manager Slaven Bilic will now hope his side can give the old ground an equally fitting send off.

The Croatian, who played for the club during the 1996/97 season, replaced Sam Allardyce as manager earlier this month, and takes charge of his first Premier League match against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.

The Hammers lost their opening match of the 2014/15 campaign to Tottenham.

Bilic’s first London derby will see the Hammers take on The Gunners on August 8, before clashes against Chelsea (October 24) and Tottenham (November 21).
