West Ham took the chance to relax ahead of the final day of the Premier League season with a spot of rowing.

The Hammers squad went to Eton Dorney, scene of Great Britain's Olympic gold medal-winning exploits as part of a team building exercise prior to their clash with Reading at Upton Park.

However, things didn't exactly go to plan for midfielder Mark Noble, who was photographed falling into the lake (above) by team-mate Carlton Cole.
