Eden Hazard may be having a below-par season from his standards, but the Chelsea forward clearly hasn't lost any of his skills - if this clip is anything to go by.
The Belgian was captured at Chelsea's training base in Cobham on Friday scoring an outrageous curling effort from a seemingly impossible angle, which resembled the incredible goal that Barcelona star Lionel Messi recently wowed fans with during a training session in Spain last month.
Hazard struck the ball with the outside of his right foot - in contrast to Messi, who netted his effort with his left foot - which then flew towards the far post of the goal and rolled slowly into the back of the net.
After seeing this clip, Chelsea boss Guus Hiddink will probably be hoping that Hazard can show off his skills and, indeed, his goalscoring touch on Saturday when Chelsea host Stoke City at Stamford Bridge.
Despite a poor start to the season, Hazard has come to life in recent weeks and scored his first two goals of the season - none of which, however, have come in the league - while creating four others for his teammates.
Last season's PFA Player of the Year will also have added incentive to continue his revival, with his younger brother Thorgan admitting this week that Eden will be forced to buy dinner for him and the pair's youngest sibling Kylian should he fail to score more goals and get more assists than them this term.
