Tottenham vs West Ham: Can Spurs' England stars continue their fine form in the London derby?

Vaishali Bhardwaj20 November 2015

Tottenham's England stars come into the Premier League this weekend off the back of a positive international break - with Dele Alli, Eric Dier and Harry Kane all having impressed for Roy Hodgson's side.

Alli scored a superb goal on his full England debut against France on Tuesday night while Kane looked reinvogorated and Dier made his debut against Spain and then played the full 90 minutes against Les Bleus.

The trio's performances for England will certainly have injected them with confidence ahead of Spurs' London derby clash with West Ham at White Hart Lane on Sunday despite the fact that Erik Lamela will be missing through suspension and Nacer Chadli is out through injury.

The Hammers also have injury concerns to worry about, though, as Dimitri Payet was recently ruled out for three months with an ankle problem, which could leave Slaven Bilic giving Michail Antonio his second league appearance of the season.

The question, however, remains whether West Ham can repeat their heroics away to Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City and Crystal Palace and record another famous victory against a Spurs side boasting one of the best defensive records in the Premier League at the moment.
