Tottenham striker Harry Kane doesn't have a weakness - he's got everything, says Teddy Sheringham

Tottenham striker Harry Kane doesn't have any weaknesses, according to Spurs legend Teddy Sheringham.

The 22-year-old broke into the north Londoners' first team last season and has quickly established himself as one of the Premier League's best forwards.

Kane has scored 22 top-flights goals this season and is now regarded as the favourite to win the Golden Boot ahead of his rivals.

Sheringham has suggested Kane's form will have attracted attention from some of the world's biggest clubs and is adamant there are no flaws in the Spurs striker's game.

"I honestly can’t think of one," he told the Daily Mail when asked about Kane's potential weaknesses. "As a top striker, he’s got everything."

While some attackers are defined by their selfishness in front of goal, Sheringham believes Kane is part of select band of strikers who do not need an ego to flourish.

‘"His lack of ego is unusual for a top striker," Sheringham insisted.

"But he obviously wants to score goals so I don’t see a fault in his game to say he has to develop an ego. He’s still demanding from himself and that is all he needs.

"Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was very unassuming as a man, but once he got on the pitch and saw the target, he wanted to hit it and he did it.

"I don’t know where Kane’s drive comes from but it is certainly there - and long may it continue," he added.

Kane's form is expected to be key for Mauricio Pochettino's side during the Premier League run-in and the England striker will have a chance to test himself against Manchester United at White Hart Lane this afternoon.
