Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has been named 'Manager of the Year' at the London Football Awards.
The 44-year-old was chosen ahead of Arsenal's Arsene Wenger, Watford coach Quique Sanchez Flores and West Ham's Slaven Bilic.
Pochettino took over at White Hart Lane in the summer of 2014 and led the club to a fifth-placed Premier League finish in his first season in charge.
The north London club began the current campaign as little more than contenders for a top-four finish but, under Pochettino's guidance, have now emerged as potential title winners.
Spurs are riding high in second place in the table ahead of Saturday's derby against Arsenal, and are also still fighting for silverware in the Europa League.
Tuesday night's defeat at West Ham was only Tottenham's fourth league defeat of the season and hope that Pochettino can lead the club to a first title since 1961 continues to build at White Hart Lane.
