Swansea v West Ham team news: Hammers make four changes as Valencia, Nolan and Noble start

West Ham manager Sam Allardyce made four changes to the side which drewwith West Brom earlier this month as the Hammers prepared to face Swansea at Liberty Stadium.

Allardyce kept faith with his trusted back four, but James Tomkins, Mark Noble, Kevin Nolan and Enner Valencia returning to the Premier League starting line-up.

The club confirmed Alex Song has been unwell and hasn't travelled with the rest of the squad to Wales, while Cheikhou Kouyaté and Diafra Sakho are on international duty at the African Cup of Nations. Morgan Amalfitano drops to the bench.

Swansea skipper Ashley Williams makes his 300th appearance in all competitions for the club this afternoon.

Swansea: Fabianski, Rangel, Fernandez, Williams, Taylor, Carroll, Britton, Dyer, Sigurdsson, Routledge, Gomis.

Subs: Nelson Oliveira, Emnes, Tiendalli, Tremmel, Bartley, Fulton, Barrow.

West Ham: Adrian, Jenkinson, Collins, Reid, Cresswell, Tomkins, Noble, Nolan, Downing, Carroll, Valencia.

Subs: Jarvis, Vaz Te, O'Brien, Amalfitano, Jaaskelainen, Poyet, Cole.
