Ruled out: Diafra Sakho is nursing a shoulder injury
Standard Sport1 November 2014

West Ham were without in-form forward Diafra Sakho for the Barclays Premier League clash with Stoke at the Britannia Stadium.

Sakho, scorer of a goal in each of the Hammers' last seven games, failed to make the matchday squad due to a shoulder injury and was replaced by Cheikhou Kouyate in the only change from last Saturday's 2-1 home league win over Manchester City.

Stoke's XI showed two adjustments from their 3-2 Capital One Cup loss to Southampton in midweek, with Victor Moses and Steve Sidwell coming in and, in the absence of the suspended Peter Crouch, Bojan Krkic keeping his place in attack for what was his first league start since September.

Stoke: Begovic, Cameron, Shawcross, Wilson, Pieters, Nzonzi, Sidwell, Diouf, Walters, Moses, Bojan. Subs: Muniesa, Ireland, Arnautovic, Adam, Dionatan, Assaidi, Sorensen.

West Ham: Adrian, Jenkinson, Collins, Reid, Cresswell, Noble, Song, Kouyate, Amalfitano, Valencia, Downing. Subs: Nolan, Tomkins, Jarvis, Zarate, O'Brien, Jaaskelainen, Cole.
