Aaron Lennon shrugged off a recent hamstring complaint to make the Tottenham starting line-up as Andre Villas-Boas' men looked to move back into the Champions League places with a win at Stoke.

Lennon limped off in the midweek draw at Chelsea but was passed fit as Villas-Boas made two changes, Clint Dempsey and Steven Caulker coming in for Lewis Holtby and Benoit Assou-Ekotto respectively.

Looking for a win to mark their 150th anniversary celebration game in style, Potters boss Tony Pulis made one change from last week's draw at Sunderland, with Matthew Etherington replacing Cameron Jerome.
