Fiorentina have lined up Simone Zaza as a potential replacement for Nikola Kalinic.

Kalinic is close to a £42million move to Chinese Super League side Tianjin Quanjian.

Fiorentina are keen on Zaza even though the striker struggled during his loan at West Ham.

The Serie A side want the Juventus striker on loan until the summer with an agreement to then buy him for £15m.

It comes as the Hammers have been told they must meet Brentford's £15m asking price for Scott Hogan this month as they seek attacking reinforcements.

West Ham's third bid of £12.5million was knocked back by the Bees on Monday and the Championship club insist they will not sell unless their valuation is met.

Meanwhile, West Ham will resist any attempts from Chelsea this month to sign their top scorer Michail Antonio.
