Only a win will do for Charlton boss Phil Parkinson

David Yuill11 April 2012

Charlton manager Phil Parkinson insists a victory at Bristol Rovers tonight will re-ignite their promotion campaign.

The Addicks are without a win in four games but Parkinson, whose side are five points behind second-placed Leeds, said: "The top two is our target and we're focused on it.

"We haven't done an awful lot wrong — we've only lost three games all season — but we've drawn the last three. Norwich have taken 41 points out of a possible 45. That's almost unheard of, so to still be in contention is to the credit of our players."

Top scorer Deon Burton is desperate to earn his place back after being dropped last week. Lloyd Sam should return after a stomach bug and Therry Racon should be fit despite a head injury.
