Neil Warnock has been fined £20,000 for his media comments about referees following Cardiff City's controversial Premier League defeat against Chelsea on March 31.
Warnock, who had denied three Football Association charges of improper conduct, was found guilty after an independent regulatory commission hearing on Wednesday.
An FA statement said: "Neil Warnock has been fined £20,000 for commenting on the match official following the Premier League game between Cardiff City and Chelsea on 31/03/2019."
The statement continued: "Whilst the manager denied three breaches of FA Rule E3, they were subsequently found proven during an independent regulatory commission hearing today [01/05/2019].
"Comments he made in a post-match interview with the BBC, and a post-match interview with Sky Sports, were found to be improper as they questioned the integrity of the match official and/or implied bias.
"In addition, comments he made in a talkSPORT radio interview on 01/04/2019 were found to constitute improper conduct and/or bring the game into disrepute."
Warnock hit out after seeing his relegation-threatened side surrender a 1-0 lead against the Blues when defender Cesar Azpilicueta equalised six minutes from time from an offside position, setting the stage for Ruben Loftus-Cheek to win it for the visitors at the death.
The 70-year-old, who also felt that Antonio Rudiger should have been sent off and the Bluebirds awarded two penalties, stared angrily, but silently at referee Craig Pawson and his assistants as they left the pitch.
Later he vented his anger as he conducted his post-match interviews, branding Premier League officials "the worst in the world" and questioning whether his side's treatment was "pay-back" for his antics over the years.
